Dan has been in the structured settlement business for 10 years and has a combined total of 30 years experience in insurance liability claims and litigation. Prior to NSC, Dan spent 10 years as a claims administrator in the Law and Environmental Affairs Department of Westinghouse Electric Corporation. In this position, he was responsible for administration of the corporation’s self-insured liability program throughout the United States. Prior to that, he spent time as Liability Claims Supervisor with Cigna Corporation and in various claim positions with Chubb Insurance Group. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology with a minor in criminal justice from Edinboro University. He also holds the designation of Casualty Claims Law Associate.
