Richard is a Settlement Annuity Specialist with more than 25 years of structured settlement experience. He began his insurance career as an employee benefits consultant. In 1980, he was chairman and co-founder of the first structured settlement organization domiciled in Western Pennsylvania. Richard brings a creative understanding of the settlement process honed by many years of experience in this insurance industry.
He has received the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and the Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC) designations. In addition to developing unique applications to the structured settlement concept, Richard has published articles on periodic payments in industry journals and spoken before professional groups.
He graduated Cum Laude from Williams College with a bachelor of arts degree in political science.
