Rolf joined NSC in 1999. Rolf has over 20 years of insurance experience. Prior to joining NSC, he served as Reliance Insurance Company’s Claim Manager in Detroit responsible for the central states. Other experience includes Claim Manger for the Michigan Branch Office for USF&G Insurance Company for seven years in Detroit, as well as Senior Multi-Line Claim Supervisor with Great American Insurance Company, Upper Mid-States Regional Negotiator with American International Adjustment Company (AIG), Litigation Specialist and Claim Supervisor II with The Home Insurance Company, Senior Claim Representative with CNA Insurance Company and several claim positions with Michigan Mutual Insurance Company. Rolf received a bachelor of arts degree from Michigan State University and attended Detroit College of Law.
